For this week's assignment I chose to use the macro composition element. The directions, as they will be every week, were to take several photographs of various things- close up. After searching for our best photographs, we were to blog about them. The photos also were not supposed to be edited.
I had trouble deciding what photograph to use. I had three or four really nice ones of dandelions and a butterfly. I chose the dandelion in the end because I felt that it was the absolute best representation of macro. My ISO triangle was the following:
Exposure time- 1/60
FNumber- 8
ISO- 80
I learned that there are actually quite a few things out there that look better close up. Standing ten feet away can sometimes be a great picture, but when you get every detail caught, it can really make or break the photograph.
I suuuuper like number seven. Good job broseph. I'm proud.(: and the corn looks slightly appetizing.. "This looks like a professional photo..." uhhmm....yeahbye.
I LOVE your picture of the dandelion. It's really pretty and looks fluffy :) It shows the details really well.
